Trauma-informed workshops

At Brainspotting Colorado Springs, in partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company, we offer workshops to support resilience, emotional balance, and self-awareness. Sessions last 90 minutes to 3 or 6 hours and address themes ranging from leadership and productivity to individualized trauma-release programs. They integrate psychoeducation in areas like Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. Each trauma-informed session provides a safe, supportive space where participants can gain practical tools and insights to enhance well-being and foster lasting personal growth.

Tools For Self Leadership

At Brainspotting Colorado Springs, we’re committed to supporting you on every step of your healing journey. In addition to Brainspotting individual coaching and trauma-informed workshops, we offer additional self-leadership tools, including our podcast, Trauma Talks, with Russ Tellup.
